“Texas right to work state policies have Texans living below the poverty line. What this means for Texas future, it means our top challenges will be education, healthcare, water and electric utility capacity, transportation needs, pay equity, economic stimulation, and immigration”. My plan is as follows:

I will be committed to being a Democratic Governor who serves and protects the constitutionaland civil rights and privileges of all Texans.
I will say NO to the border wall. As a security and law enforcement expert,
I will leave local crime fighting to local tax-funded police agencies, and illegal immigration to federal funded Immigration and Border Patrol agents. I will support federal budgetary increases for more border manpower for both northern and southern borders and support technical security measures such as drones, lasers, and satellite imaging. Modern law enforcement should work through collaboration and technology.
